I've always had a fetish for desks, benches, and workstations, since back when I was a
woodworker building furniture and boats.
And since I started writing for a living 4 years ago, I've had 7 different workspaces and needed
to set up my space again every time.
Today, I think I'm done.
This, for me, is workstation nirvana.
I've removed absolutely everything that is not essential to my daily work, and now have less
'stuff' on my desk than ever before.
But after I built this desk 2 years ago, it took me more than 20 iterations and a house move to
get rid of all the extraneous bullshit I didn't need.
Things that were just cluttering up my work enviroment and increasing my distraction.
There's a lesson here, but I won't spell it out for you!
Have a great week.
